There is no competition, there is only opportunity for collaboration.
Our processes are collaborative and ensure key stakeholders are part of co-creating the solution. We build projects, programs and initiatives that address the "what" and the "how" by combining expert knowledge in sustainability with a proficiency in innovation approaches like Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Lean Innovation and Agile Project Management.

Systems Thinking is a way of making sense of the complexity of the world. By looking beyond apparent problems to consider a system as a whole, we can expose root causes and avoid merely treating symptoms. We can then tackle deeper problems and be more likely to find effective solutions. [Interaction Design Foundation]
Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. Involving five phases—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test—it is most useful to tackle problems that are ill-defined or unknown. [Interaction Design Foundation]
Lean Innovation is focused on increasing efficiency by capturing feedback early and often and minimizing waste in the project development cycle. The process prioritizes experimentation over elaborate planning, and celebrates continuous, incremental improvement. [Northeastern University]
Agile Project Management can be summed up by the question “how might we perform project management in a way that allows us to create and respond to change and deal with uncertainty?” At Colectivo we incorporate iterative processes and practices to ensure projects run smoothly. [Agile Alliance]
