Andrew PW McCarthy

Andrew is a designer, consultant, and educator who works internationally teaching and designing programs, advising and leading organisations to deliver impact via innovation processes, creativity, strategy, customer and user experience, customer centricity, circularity, culture, and many fields of design. In addition to designing and directing many educational and in-company, Andrew is the founding and current Academic Director for the fully-accredited Master in Customer Experience & Innovation at IE University. Andrew is the Subject Matter Lead for Creativity in the IE Business School.
