Colm Rowan is a chef at The Fumbally Cafe Dublin and has recently started the supper club “To the Table”. After founding and running a meal delivery startup Hapi Food Co., Colm took a step back into the kitchen to allow himself to learn more. Now working in one of the most sustainable kitchens in the country, he is a big believer in a hands-on approach to sustainability while also seeing the bigger challenges we face.
