Mariana is an entrepreneurial service designer with over 5 years of experience in startups and agile environments. With projects in both Latin America and Europe, she offers a global perspective and a diverse skill set to serve as a change agent in human-centred design, service design, product design, and experience design. Equipped with dual master's degrees in Applied Consumer Science and Customer Experience & Innovation, Mariana leverages Design Thinking methodologies to craft human-centric solutions, underpinned by her IDEO training in Design Strategy.
