Ken Dubin, PhD.

Ken Dubin is a professor of strategy and human resources at IE Business School and has served as a director of various deep-tech start-ups in the sustainability space. He helps organisations leverage both internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and strategic transformation. For internal stakeholders, he supports the transformation of managers into leaders and the redesign of organisations and jobs to better align, motivate and drive change. For external stakeholders, he works with leaders to identify and capture the public goods that support their organisations’ strategic goals. Ken holds a PhD in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
