Máximo Plo Seco is Managing Partner of Innovation Labs at Sustainable Startup & Co, where he designs transformative open innovation processes to accelerate just and sustainable futures. A lawyer and economist by training, he holds a master’s degree from Harvard University (Education) and the College of Europe (Economics). He led the creation of the Kitelab methodology, featured by the United Nations University, that has already impacted indirectly over 30 million people in Spain with the implementation of actionable solutions co-created by diverse actors. With 15 years of experience across education, consulting, startups, and policy, Máximo blends systems thinking, care-centred facilitation, and collaborative governance. He’s an active member of networks like the Weaving Lab and a fellow of programs such as WISE and the Atlantic Dialogues.
