Alexandra Zografou

Alexandra Zografou is a PMP-certified international project manager and consultant specialising in digital transformation, learning design, and EU youth sector innovation. With over eight years of experience across project management, facilitation, communication strategy, digital research, events, and community building, she develops programmes and experiences that democratise access to knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and support social progress.
Her work combines science, data, design, multimedia, and technology, applying agile methodologies, design thinking, and human-centred design to create meaningful impact across countries and sectors. Alexandra’s areas of expertise include education, youth engagement, active citizenship, human rights, social innovation, and international development, with a strong focus on EU priorities and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Before moving into project management, Alexandra worked in creative industries and start-up environments as a journalist, copywriter, social media editor, website editor, and e-commerce manager. She is also a published author on mentorship and community building, reflecting her wider interest in how people learn, connect, and grow through shared experiences. Alexandra holds degrees from IE Business School and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and is a certified translator by the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
