Andrew Selzer-Wong is a finance expert, advisor, and educator specialising in early-stage impact ventures, sustainable finance, fundraising, and ESG. Over the past decade, he has worked at the intersection of finance, entrepreneurship, impact, and sustainability, helping mission-driven start-ups strengthen their financial foundations and grow their capacity for social and environmental change.
He founded an impact investing consulting firm supporting start-ups aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and has helped more than 100 early-stage impact ventures raise over 20 million in funding. His experience also includes advising an EU government-backed agritech accelerator, supporting a Techstars anti-sexual harassment start-up, and working closely with founders navigating growth, investment readiness, and impact strategy.
Andrew is also an educator at IE Business School and Geneva Business School, where he brings clarity, energy, and practical relevance to topics across accounting, finance, sustainable business, and entrepreneurship. Named to Forbes 30 Under 30, he brings a people-centred approach to helping founders, teams, and organisations connect financial strategy with meaningful impact. Outside of work, he is a musician, snowboarder, former competitive ballroom dancer, and has lived in five countries while speaking three languages.
