🌱 Introducing the Colectivo Fellows Programme

At Colectivo, we believe that meaningful change happens through people: through shared ideas, conversations, and collaboration across disciplines, geographies, and perspectives.

That’s why we’ve launched the Colectivo Fellows Programme.

A growing community of individuals who are curious about sustainability, behavioural science, and systems change. 

The first cohort brings together 10 Fellows from across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, representing a wide range of perspectives and experiences.

They come from backgrounds including design, academia, marketing, business, public systems, and community building, and are united by a shared interest in understanding how change happens and how it can be applied in practice.

This diversity is intentional. Because the challenges we’re trying to address are complex and require different ways of thinking, seeing, and engaging with the world.

What connects this group is not a single role or path, but a shared mindset:

• curiosity about how systems work

• interest in how behaviour shapes outcomes

• motivation to contribute to meaningful change

What comes next

This is the beginning of the first Colectivo Fellows cohort.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing each of the Fellows individually, sharing more about who they are, what they’re interested in, and the perspectives they bring.

Closing

The Colectivo Fellows Programme is ultimately about building a community. One that learns together, contributes to shared conversations, and connects across boundaries. And this first cohort is just the start.
