Reflections from our 3Q26 Fellows Gathering

We recently brought the 2026 Colectivo Fellows together for our quarterly get-together, a chance to share updates, reflect on how the programme has grown, and plan our next moves for the months ahead.

Here's a look back at where things stand, and where we're headed next.

Programme Achievements

The last four months have been a genuinely active stretch for the Fellowship:

  • 10 Fellows, spanning more than 7 countries

  • 9 different types of activities, adding up to over 30 total contributions

  • Two clear tracks of engagement have emerged organically: Boosting thought leadership; and Amplifying impact learning

What stands out most is the range. Fellows aren't just contributing in one lane, they're showing up across formats, geographies, and types of engagement, which is exactly the kind of energy we hoped this programme would generate.

Some Highlights

Take a look at our Fellows on our "People" page. The Colectivo website has been updated to feature all of our Fellows, putting faces and stories front and centre alongside the work. It's a small addition with real impact.

Our “Featured Fellows” podcast series has arrived! In the months ahead, we'll be sharing  conversations with our fellows on Spotify, providing a space to go deeper on the ideas and experiences shaping their work in sustainability and business.

Some of our Fellows have already been putting these ideas into words.

Here's a taste of what's on our Blog:

We look forward to sharing more updates from the Fellows for the rest of 2026 and hope you enjoy these soundbites and thought pieces!
