Colm Rowan is a chef working in Copenhagen. After founding and running a meal delivery startup, Hapi Food Co. in Dublin, Colm took a step back into the kitchen to allow himself to develop as a chef. Now working in the new culinary capital of Europe, he is a big believer in a hands-on approach to sustainability while also seeing the bigger challenges we face.
