Ellen is a London-based designer, consultant, entrepreneur, and educator who works internationally, designing and facilitating learning experiences for both organisations and individuals. These focus on the power of authentic connection, emotional intelligence, innovation processes, and storytelling in achieving positive social impact and organisational change. Ellen is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at IE Business School, where she delivers courses on topics such as creative thinking, design thinking, and performance and narrative for leaders. She also facilitates design and innovation workshops at institutions including Porto Business School and Headspring Executive Education.
