Eniola Falana

Colectivo Fellow

Eniola Falana is a product and customer experience professional focused on behavioural science, public systems, and designing accessible citizen experiences. Her work explores how products, services, and spaces can better respond to people’s needs, with a particular interest in creating experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and genuinely useful.

Before moving deeper into customer experience and innovation, Eniola worked as a Product Manager at two start-ups, where she helped build and launch revenue-generating and impact-led products. This experience gave her a strong understanding of product development, stakeholder needs, and the practical realities of bringing new ideas to market, while also strengthening her desire to work more directly with customers and end users.

Eniola holds a Master in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School, where she developed her skills in design thinking, empathy, business design, human-centred design, and innovation. She brings a thoughtful, people-centred approach to her work, with a focus on using behavioural insight and customer understanding to shape better systems, services, and experiences.
