Guadalupe Perez Jimenez

Colectivo Fellow

Guadalupe Perez Jimenez is a project professional focused on international development and social impact, with a particular interest in education, wellbeing, and systems change. Her work explores how projects, research, and programme design can support more effective responses to social challenges, especially across areas such as health, poverty, labour, personal development, and community-based support.

Her experience includes research and project work with Cáritas Argentina, where she contributed to qualitative research on community models for addressing problematic substance use, as well as technical documentation, monitoring and evaluation, and impact measurement. She has also worked across curriculum development, student support, peer coaching, and academic quality assurance, helping design learning experiences and tools that strengthen resilience, reflection, and personal development.

Guadalupe holds a degree in Global Project and Change Management from Windesheim Honours College and has an international background shaped by experiences across Argentina, Brazil, the Netherlands, and Finland. She brings a thoughtful, research-led, and people-centred approach to projects that aim to create lasting social value and support more inclusive systems of care, learning, and development.
