Juan Parodi
Community Building, Innovation
Juan Parodi is an expert in ecosystems and community-building for impact, working at the intersection of organisational transformation, sustainability strategy, innovation, and community-led growth. His work focuses on helping leaders redesign organisations from within, creating teams, communities, and strategies that strengthen engagement, resilience, and long-term positive impact.
Across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, Juan has worked with more than seventy organisations, including corporations, institutions, start-ups, and ecosystem actors navigating moments of change. His approach connects business viability, human commitment, and systemic impact, helping organisations move beyond innovation as a buzzword and sustainability as a checklist towards more coherent, people-centred transformation.
Juan is the Co-Founder of Community Hackers, a Spanish-speaking agency specialised in designing and scaling purpose-led communities that generate meaningful business outcomes. He is also the Co-Founder of La Mesa Nos Une, a space dedicated to deep human connection through storytelling and trust. Alongside his consulting work, Juan teaches at IE Business School, ISDI, and Geneva Business School, and facilitates leadership programmes, corporate learning experiences, and sector events focused on the skills needed for continuous change.
