Juan Parodi is a consultant, trainer, and speaker specialising in sustainability, innovation, and community building. Through his work in Spain and Latin America, Juan has acquired global experience by collaborating with leaders across diverse sectors and organisations. As a transformation expert, he leads the transition toward more sustainable and people-centered practices. He is the Co-founder of Community Hackers, Spain’s first agency dedicated to creating and scaling purpose-driven, authentic, and positively impactful communities. Juan is a member of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders Network, a select group of leaders committed to social well-being and contributing to a more just and sustainable world. He is also a Climate Leader with the Climate Reality Project, a global organisation led by Al Gore.
