Klara Smetisko is a customer experience and innovation professional focused on sustainability, systems change, and human-centred problem-solving. With a background in process improvement, service design, and strategic communications, she helps organisations turn complex customer and operational challenges into practical, measurable solutions.

Her experience spans customer experience, data analysis, service design, circular economy, and communication strategy across sectors including FMCG, tourism, furniture, fish production, cosmetics, and household retail. Klara has worked on projects ranging from redesigning reverse-logistics processes to creating AI-enhanced services that support social connection, as well as co-founding a circular economy start-up repurposing synthetic hair extensions.

Klara holds a Master in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School and is currently strengthening her data skills through an intensive programme in Data Science and AI. She brings an analytical, creative, and people-centred approach to her work, with a focus on designing solutions that improve efficiency, support more sustainable systems, and create meaningful value for people and organisations.
