Mariana Migliano is a sustainable service designer specialising in start-ups, customer experience, and human-centred design. Based in São Paulo, she brings experience across service design, strategy, UX/UI, customer research, workshop facilitation, and co-creative processes, helping organisations turn customer and business needs into practical, innovative solutions.

Her work spans consulting, product design, brand strategy, and entrepreneurship, with experience supporting inclusive digital transformation, EMEA-wide people transformation projects, and service design initiatives across different sectors. Through roles at Thoughtworks, Colectivo, Triad Consultoria, and other organisations, Mariana has helped teams analyse service offerings, prototype new solutions, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate service blueprints into actionable projects.

As an entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Dankah Brasil, Mariana helped develop and launch a consumer brand from the ground up, shaping its business model, customer experience, service operations, and design system. She holds master’s degrees in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE University and Applied Consumption Science from ESPM, and brings a thoughtful, strategic, and people-centred approach to designing services that support business growth, sustainability, and better experiences for customers.
