Patrick Salameh is a service designer and educator focused on connecting academia, innovation, and real-world collaboration through human-centred design. With a background in industrial engineering, he brings a strong understanding of how design, efficiency, and effectiveness can come together to shape better products, services, and experiences.

His work combines creativity, analytical thinking, storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and a deep interest in human behaviour and values. As the founder of an event planning start-up and a former design research fellow, Patrick has developed a practical understanding of how people’s experiences influence the success of any product, service, or interaction.

Patrick holds a Master in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School, where he deepened his focus on service design, customer understanding, and innovation. He brings a collaborative, detail-oriented, and people-centred approach to his work, with a passion for designing experiences that capture both the heart and mind of the customer.
