Valentina Martingell is a behavioural scientist focused on applying behavioural principles to product and service design. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and consumer insights, where she uses behavioural science to translate human needs and behaviours into solutions that are impactful, scalable, and grounded in business value.
Her experience spans consulting, growth, research, and sustainability-driven strategy. At Colectivo, Valentina contributes across the full project lifecycle, from research and insight generation to execution, supporting user-centred projects, facilitating co-creation workshops, contributing to business development, and working on product launches and content strategy.
Previously, Valentina worked at FOREO on growth and partnerships, combining market research and consumer insights to identify opportunities, build creator pipelines, and support brand expansion. At Puentes Global, she conducted social research to uncover barriers and translate findings into actionable recommendations for impact-driven initiatives. With an academic background in Behaviour and Social Sciences and Management, focused on product management and service design, Valentina brings an analytical, creative, and people-centred approach to designing strategies, products, and experiences that create meaningful impact.
