2 Days to Go: Join Us for Resilience by Design
There are just 2 days to go until Resilience by Design: An AI Toolbox Talk for High-Impact Collaboration.
If you are working in sustainability, social innovation, design, or impact, this upcoming session offers a timely opportunity to explore how teams can collaborate more effectively in increasingly complex environments.
Hosted by Laura McDermott of Colectivo and Marco van Hout of Metodic.io, this 45-minute Toolbox Talk will focus on what it means to build resilience into the way teams work, not just into the outcomes they are trying to achieve.
Why this session matters
Across sustainability and impact work, many teams are dealing with collaboration fatigue. Fast-changing policy contexts, digital overload, and the ongoing challenge of turning good intentions into scalable action are making it harder to work in ways that feel focused, aligned, and effective.
This session invites participants to look at collaboration differently.
Rather than adding more process for the sake of it, Resilience by Design explores how multidisciplinary teams can move from fragmented workflows toward more resilient, practical, and high-impact ways of working. It is about creating the conditions for better teamwork, stronger facilitation, and more meaningful action.
What the Toolbox Talk will cover
During the session, Laura and Marco will explore:
why resilience is becoming an essential mindset for teams working on complex challenges
how facilitators can balance creative thinking with the practical engineering of a strong session
how AI-enabled tools can reduce content heavy-lifting and support better collaboration how teams can focus less on managing process and more on people, story, and outcomes
The session will also include a live demo of Metodic.io, offering a practical look at how technology can support facilitators and multidisciplinary teams in real time.
